This product was quite disappointing. Despite placing a hot cup of coffee on it was not able to maintain the heat or even keep it warm for an hour. The top of my coffee was cold and warm only at the base. This was no different from leaving it on my desk. My previous warmer worked well at keeping my coffee warm while i worked at my desk.

The product claims to be a cup warmer. However, it provides so little heating that a cup appears to cool down just as as quickly as normal. The idea is great but the device need to supply a lot more heat before it would be an effective product. This product is a gimmick rather than usefull. A pity, a wasted opportunity.
