| The mat is very thin needs something under it i used a table mat.It speeded up my mouse a huge amount and i dont get the crawling up the page it used to do.Quite suprised how much difference it made to my laser mouse so recommend this item |

| i was looking for a plain mouse mat as my laser mouse seemed to be distracted by the pattern on my normal one, every now and then the cursor seemed to have a life of its own. This mat solved the problem, cursor movement is precise and constant. Slightly smaller than my other mats, but I don't find that an issue, also a very thin mat, but again I don't find that an issue. Good quality, prompt delivery, all in all I would recommend the product. |

This product is awesome, i'd like to talk about the underneath of this mouse mat and don't take any notice of reviews that say it don't stick, theres a film on the bottom of the mat that you need to remove before it will stick. Duh!
Anyway, this thing sticks on my pc desk which is laminate and also sticks on my coffee table which is walnut and the whole point of me writing my first review about anything ever is that, there is no sticky stuff, that's right theres just some space age silver stuff with little dimples (maybe there mini suckers), but from the power of the stick you would think that there was some kind of tacky stuff on the bottom, but there is nothing - well weird, but also so cool, it's also quite fun trying to get it off again, you have to kind of squeeze it.
Oh and the top bit is just as good, I've just ordered another one, I'm off to try sticking it on more things.

Hama Laser Mouse Pad: Has Improved My Laser Mouse Sensitivity!!!

The glide feet on the base of my Logitech Mx Laser Mouse, had worn pit marks into my slide out surface where i have my keyboard and use my mouse. The Laser mouse i noticed was not as good to use in this area as had previously been before it became pitted, so i saw the Hama Pad and after reading the reviews, thought sounds good.
I am very pleased i purchased, the Hama Mouse Pad covered the pitted area perfectly, and has improved the sensitivity with the mouse well beyond what i had expected, i have previously experimented using the mouse on many types of surfaces and differing normal mouse mats, but nothing compares to this Hama pad so far.
The Hama pad is very thin and is removable to refix if required, on the underside there are many very small indents which act to create a suction to the surface you place it on, which i think is much better idea than adhesive, seems would be no trouble to remove and refix if required.
I have been delighted since i fitted the first time and as yet have no reason to remove, but assume would be very easy to lift and refit if required.
I am going to order another myself to fix to a standard hard mouse pad, as i have just purchased a wireless laser mouse for a laptop, and have not been able to achieve the same sensitivity on any surface i have tested on compared to the Hama pad surface, I tested the wireless laser mouse on my Hama pad and worked fantastic, so time to order another!!!
A few people have quoted scratchy sound when mouse moves across Hama surface, this personally for me is extremely minimal, and is down to the surface of the pad having a very fine mottled grain, this is what makes the laser track so perfectly with the laser mouse.
Personally the sound from the mouse across the pad is extremely minimal and creates no distraction for myself, I did clean the base of my mouse before the first use on my new Hama pad.
I very rarely write reviews for purchases, unless i really can merit doing so, this is one of those rare occassions, and will definately be placing my order for a second, well done Hama, truly a great product!!!

| I use this on a polished wood table - it's perfect there. About 1mm thick it is still slightly soft and comfortable to rest your hand on and most importantly it improves mouse precision a lot. Really great product. |
