Very fast SD card

Bought this card to go with a new Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX550. I didn't want the speed of the camera to be limited in any way by the performance of the card. It isn't! Capacity is amazing too, over 2300 photos at maximum size (4000x3000 pixels).
If you want the best, this is it! |
Class 10 SDHC for full HD recording

| Note that these are now the Sandisk 'Extreme Class 10 Series'. For those moving up to full rate AVCHD HD Camcorders which need the faster cards (Class 6 or better) to record 1080p/24p video at its highest quality (24Mbps) this makes a very good card. I use them both as back-up and live recording cards with a Canon HF-S11 64GB solid state HD camcorder and have had no issues so far. It is worth paying more for memory cards for this type of use because although there may be alternative (and cheaper) options, are you really going to chance your possibly priceless footage to a cheaper card? |
Very fast.

| This is by far the fastest ram card I've ever used. It's perfect for my Canon G10 in RAW + jpg mode. Sandisk claim it's highly resilient too and temperature proof so it's very much recommended. I once bought a slow Sandisk 2Gb Compactflash card for £250, kinda puts this in perspective. |
Extremely good!

Got this for my Panasonic Lumix TZ7 - I wanted to get a reliable, high-capacity card that would last me for a whole vacation without having to keep swapping. On the TZ7 this card can take nearly 2,700 images at the camera's highest quality setting (10 megapixels). The high speed of the Extreme III is a huge asset when taking lots of HD video and burst-shooting.
I've had good experiences with standard capacity Extreme III's in the past, so for me, getting this one was a no-brainer. |
Does what it says on the tin

| Used in a Canon Ixus 500 and copes no problem with 12M images and HD video. Fast and big just how memory should be... And _not_ sent in excessive plastic packaging :-) |
